Our expertise comes directly from product consultants who have first-hand knowledge of the products they are selling. When providing consultations, we'll ask you what your specific needs are in order to assist you in selecting the right product(s) for your home or business.

Continuous monitoring
When you purchase product(s) from Carpets Direct, your order is continuously monitored from ensuring timely ordering to arranging installation dates. During the installation process, an Installation Manager makes an on-site inspection to ensure top quality results.

 


Follow-up
Customer service does not stop once the installation is completed. After each installation, customers receive a follow-up phone call to answer any questions that they may have and to provide feedback regarding the service they received.
